10 Sessions One on One

Participants will engage in movement exercises to awaken their bodies and minds, followed by group discussions to set intentions for the program. Session 2: Identifying Core Values Through guided meditation, participants will their inner values. Journaling prompts will help them articulate these values and how they influence their lives. Session 3: Setting SMART Goals Focus on defining Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound goals. Movement exercises will energize the group, while journ will solidify their personal goals. Session 4: Overcoming Limiting Beliefs :Participants will identify beliefs that hold them back through reflective journaling. Movement practices will help release tension associated with these beliefs, fostering a sense of freedom. Session 5: Visualization Techniques Utilize guided meditation visualization of goals. Participants will then journal their envisioned outcomes and the steps needed to achieve them. Session 6: Creating an Action Plan In this session, participants will develop steps towards their goals. Movement and brainstorming activities will enhance creativity and commitment. Session 7: Mindfulness and Presence Explore mindfulness through meditation, focusing on being present. Journaling will encourage participants to reflect on their experiences and feelings in the moment. Session 8: Celebrating Progress Participants will share their achievements and insights.
